I - DESCRIPTION:

Projected for preparation (fusing) of thermoplastics, for application and manual demarcation of traffic signs through the accessory for hand guided application (extrusion).

The set is projected to be assembled on a tow with capacity of 1,500 kg, that forms the set of tow/fusor, capable to be carried (towed) by utilitarian vehicles, or trucks of small size.

Optionally, this set also can be assembled on a metalic base in table form, to be carried in the platform from utilitarian vehicles or truck of small size, being that in this last one, it is possible to increaser the capacity of the fuser up to 500 liters (1.000 kgs), extending the autonomy of the application.

II - TECHNICAL FEATURES:

We will divide these features in two parts, to knowing:

TOW:

1. Structure constructed in plates of steel, submitted to an anticorrosive handling and painting of finishing in the color orange, with hook of easy adaptation to any I propagate (utilitarian or truck).

2. Suspension with beams of springs, axles of wheels with tires and air chambers.

3. Hydraulical Brakes, mechanical brakes of the type Mercedes Benz 4. Electrical System de12 volts, with indicative lanterns.

FUSER :

1. Vertical Cylindrical Tank with capacity for 500 kg/250 liters to 1.000 kg/500 liters of thermoplastic, thermally isolated with wool of glass and equipped with thermometer.
2. Hydraulical Beater drive with variable rotation, shovels that scrape the wall of the tank, agitating the material in contained it.

3. Outputs two with Ø of 4", with adjustable valves, lever of the type guillotine, facilitating the dump of the material.

4. Hydraulical System for drive of the beater, made up of a tank with capacity for 40 liters of hydraulical oil, equipped with finder of level, internal filter of suction, compatible bomb and engine, valve of outflow control and hoses of measured pressure for circulation of the fluid.

5. Engine to diesel of up to 7.5 HP for drive of the hydraulical system, with electric start and 12 battery volts.

6. System of Heating with two burners to the gas (GLP), using up to 2 cylinders of 45 kg, and appropriate hose. Optionally, we can have this equipment configured with a burner to diesel, of high being able of heating, also substituting the gas cylinders, for appropriate tank.

III - GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS:

* The engineering of the components used are strictly under the standards and patterns of the Technical Rules Brazilian Association (ABNT); however, we can analyze the possibility of building the equipment under the patterns of the country in which it will be worked on.

* Modifications concerning the capacity or lay-out of the original project can possibly be made, as long as with previous consultation and further cost evaluation.
